Requirements

Compulsory Hardskills:


2-5 Years of experience
Should have an experience of setting up new TSO (TrueSight Orchestration) servers.
Experienced in Installation, Upgradation, Configuration and Administration of TSO.
Expert knowledge of XML, XPATH, XSLT, JSON.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with the solution architect.
Development of solutions as per the business requirements and implement following the SDLC lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for enhancements of current integrations which may result in improved operational efficiency and stability with respect to TSO where required.
Provide operational and development support for TSO to ensure that the team can resolve incidents within the agree SLA targets.
Understand and support any customized capabilities that may have been developed.
Collaborate with other stakeholders and teams regarding existing and new integrations.
Ensure data flows efficiently between systems, automating processes and reducing manual interventions.
Troubleshoot and resolve TSO application, customizations, integration issues promptly.
Good knowledge of CI/CD including GIT for version control
