Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and cost plans.
Conduct cost analysis for projects, including materials and labor.
Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure financial control and profitability.
Perform risk analysis on projects to minimize potential costs.
Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements and procurement processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum of 3 years experience in real estate or construction.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
Strong understanding of financial management and project costing.
Attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills.
