Our Agri-food supply chain in Kenya is fragmented. But I trully believe that if we appreciate what supply chain has to offer, we can correct some of these issues. Create jobs. Build meaningful supply chain networks.

    But as far as am concern I once visited Kenya for a workshop trip and among what we are able to understand and learn is that Kenya have a robust... supply chain for medical consumables, which if copied will open a way for agriculture too. more

    My opinion! If want to do well to streamline the agriculture supply chain in Kenya, work on one by one supply chain. Lumping together is quite a messy... affair and you will never see the light. Start with those performing well currently as move on to those whose actors are not organized. This latter nay be tricky but with lots of unexplored opportunities more
