Feeling Low as an HR profession currently on internship my view is not valued only to be considered once they is trouble.

Request a short feedback session with your supervisor or ask if someone can mentor you during the internship. This shows initiative and opens a door... for dialogue about your ideas. Ask: “What do you wish interns contributed more of?” Anything you can do to be viewed as a learner who is also helpful and capable of leading, will facilitate your development and growth / prepare you for future management roles in any industry. more

  • That is part of the job, you need to learn how to handle problems in HR and decide how much emotion will you invest, the key to be a great HR is to be... candid about things more

  • As a best practice I would go to the operation, attend pre shift meetings, offer news in person with the flyer accompanying me, It was my way of being... present and available. This way when courageous conversations became a necessity, I would be familiar with the team member in a setting of “their” space. I also replaced two chairs in front of my desk, with a round table and seats for discussions. Come to think of it, I don’t think I ever used the word trouble; Growth, awareness, development, mentoring, HR is an advocate bringing equanimity into the workplace. As professionals who care about the company’s success, we can lean into providing insight that is in the best interest of the operation, which will ultimately benefit the team members. Good luck!  more

  • Clearer communication might help. I have no idea what it is you are attempting to convey here.
