Our client, Ghana’s leading real estate developer is seeking seasoned Expatriate for the following position Facilities Manager in Ghana.
Key Accountabilities
• Provide leadership for a portfolio of properties • International exposure in customer service focused industries is beneficial • Ensuring Coordination and management of daily operation of the Unit to enhance customer service. • Leading all projects, repairs, maintenance and installation of conventional buildings • Follow up on correction of defects in material or workmanship of contractor’s work
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Degree and a Project Management Qualification • 10 years facilities management experience in Luxury Properties.
