About the Role:

9Vectron is recruiting for GrouPower. GrouPower, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and engage potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Educate customers on the benefits and cost savings of solar installations.
Generate and follow up on leads to close sales effectively.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to enhance sales efforts.


Requirements:


At least OND or higher qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software for sales tracking.
Must be residing in FO1, Kubwa, FCT, Abuja (applications from outside this area will not be considered).
