They can collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including product managers, developers, and stakeholders - to understand their needs and design solutions that meet business and user requirements.

Must-Haves (Non-negotiables):

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong experience using Figma and similar design tools
Excellent portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design
Ability to communicate design concepts and ideas effectively
Experience conducting user research and testing
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with ability to work independently and as part of a team
