Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management • Professional qualification will be a plus • Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role within a healthcare or institutional setting • Knowledge nutrition and dietary guidelines specific to healthcare • Strong leadership and communication skills • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in food service • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently • Proficiency in kitchen management software and MS Office
