At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
Must include 3 years of FMCG Field sales experience preferably in Dairy or Soda or Water
University degree or higher diploma in business or related subject
Must have managed sales teams
Deliver Daily, weekly and Monthly Sales Targets/quotas within designated market region.
Prepare daily activity reports for the designated market region and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction on all orders while striving to increase customer database within designated market region.
Competencies for Computer literate with Basic ERP Knowledge the position
Good Communication, negotiation skills
Place of Work :Nairobi with 20-30% travel.
