JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -
Floor Manager is responsible for Training, hand holding the team and building relationship with the Phone Managers/ Field BDM/ RBH& back office support. He/she will also be responsible for achieving the sales target and maintain quality service standards through their teams.
Campaign Management
Weekly review and monitoring the Teams on all running campaigns
Monitoring and ensuring Login to issuance as per defined process & TAT
Ensure FTR
Ensure regular training
Best Practise Sharing
Run and Manage R&R for team motivation
Ensure Persistency and control surrender Target Orientation
Should always be abreast of the current business situation Like no. Of leads, conversion %, business numbers etc. Relationship Management, Sales target achievement Process Adherence
Ensure Target Vs Achievement always
Ensure excellent rapport with the Phone Managers to maximize productivity
Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with Phone Managers, Field BDM,RBH
Ensure and demonstrate supportive behaviour with other functions in the organisation
Ensure Processes are adhered to as per TAT. Quality -Sales Support
Ensure Quality standards in sales support process with efficient escalation mechanism Software support, integration & enhancement
To manage the above for smooth functioning on the floor.

WORK EXPERIENCE
5- 8 years
Insurance / Banking / Finance/Call Center/ Sales experience; Exposure to
managing call centre floor is a must

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Graduate / (12 + 3 = 15) years of formal education.
