About the Role


We are seeking a talented and creative UX Designer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and refine solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.


Key Responsibilities


Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
Translate business requirements into engaging and functional user experiences.
Advocate for best UX practices and maintain design consistency across platforms.


Requirements


Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
