Job Title:             Administrative Assistant (India)
Job Location:   Trivandrum, Kerala
Job Overview:  
Management and support of office administration in India is the primary responsibility. Responsible for smooth and efficient management of the day-to-day administrative and overall organizational operations for India office. Ensure facility support and smooth functioning of office.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate new hire orientation with Line Managers/Team Lead and support them with scheduling induction programs.
- Ensure that new employee has completed induction program and provide support to complete initial legal documentation and creating CV.
- Act as initial contact point for any visitors in office.
- Coordinate with vendors for transportation, courier services, facility management and office supplies. Verify and submit vendor invoices for approvals.
- Track attendance, leave, holidays and Work from Home approvals.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
No supervisory responsibilities.

- Skills/Competencies- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
