Our client is a Manufacturing company who now requires the services of a Male International Business Sales Executive.
Job Purpose
• The role entails cultivating and maintaining excellent business relationships with international clients To maintain successful customer relationships that reinforce the positive perception of our company and result in profitable revenues. • To prospect for, close, service and maintain customer loyalty internationally where requested.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the success of an assigned team of salespeople, including Account Managers, and Business Development Sales Representatives. • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product categories and Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product category. • Lead the implementation of Sales and Marketing activities on the international market. • Deliver on goals and sales quotas attributed through the definition of the Marketing and Sales strategy. • Work closely with other members of the team to align tactics with the company's defined strategies integrating sales, marketing and manufacturing activities to ensure that production matches market demand. • To adopt a customer-centric view in delivering satisfaction through effective monitoring and control of customer orders throughout the entire portfolio. • To become the company's brand ambassador and implement communication and branding efforts at every customer interface opportunity. • Work closely with customers to understand their organizational pain points and effectively link product features and benefits to the customer’s needs to help promote sales. • Ensure compliance of activities with governmental and international trade regulations. • Lead the implementation of international campaigns aimed at driving sale and growth. • Contribute to the preparation of sales and marketing budgets using tested and innovative forecasting models combined with customer data collection • Provide quarterly report on competitors' analysis showcasing trends, new developments, and recommendations for getting / maintaining competitive edge. • Continually challenge the status quo t identify opportunities to improve overall business / functional performance, enhancing the vision of innovation and excellence that own team and those across the business can buy into and support, and that demonstrates a true "passion for possibilities and excellence". • Openly share information and expertise with others on technical knowledge, market trends, customers insights. • Generate new business and maintain a vibrant pipeline of new businesses that can support the company’s vision and growth prospects. • Lead team building activities as initiated by the Sales and Marketing Manager and ensure proper planning and that deliverables are achieved. • Report operational activities weekly and monthly to the Sales and Marketing with a clear format that encapsulate axis such as Analysis, Decisions, Evaluation and Decision. • Proactively drive Sales process and resource improvements and efficiencies, as required to consistently meet assigned deadlines to ensure client satisfaction. • Other duties may be assigned.
Required Qualification and Experience
Educational/Professional Qualification, Experience & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management or equivalent combination of education and experience in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment; or A record of achievement in the Account Manager position. • Minimum of five years product sales experience with a minimum of three years in a industrial packaging environment. • Proficiency in French (written and spoken) • Sound financial and budgetary skills. • Understanding of CRM, Key Account Management, Pipeline Analyses and Market Research. • Proficiency with suite of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Outlook.
