Responsibilities


Review and approve all process design basis documents, and validate hydraulic calculations and surge analysis reports
Verify P&ID development and equipment sizing methodologies, and verify material selection and corrosion protection strategies
Review technical specifications for process equipment and participate in vendor technical evaluations.
Verify process-related construction complies with approved designs and resolve technical queries from construction teams.
Validate final process documentation, review O&M manuals for process systems and document process engineering best practices
Participate in HAZOP/HAZID/SIL studies


Job Requirements


13+ years in oil/gas process engineering with 5+ years in gas pipeline/terminal projects
4+ FEED-to-construction projects
Nigerian onshore project experience
COREN registration (preferred)
Process Safety Management certification
Nigerian content compliance experience
API 520/521 (PSV systems)
HAZOP Leader Certification
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
