Job Description:

Perform comprehensive financial modelling to support business decision-making, including forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing scenarios.
Develop advanced financial models for mergers, acquisitions, valuations, capital raising, and corporate restructuring.
Analyze financial statements and market data to assess financial performance, trends, and investment opportunities.
Analyze market trends and financial data to provide recommendations to senior management and clients.
Provide detailed financial reports and insights to support strategic recommendations for clients.
Assist in preparing client presentations and proposals by incorporating financial analysis and valuation findings.
Ensure that all analyses and models comply with relevant financial regulations, including SEC requirements.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, including SEC guidelines.
Collaborate with the team to provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in financial advisory or investment banking roles.
Proven expertise in building and analyzing complex financial models.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis software.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
MBA or professional certifications such as CFA, ACA, ACCA would be an advantage.
