Requirements for Appointment:


PhD in a relevant specialization of Health Records & Information Management or Public Health or equivalent from a recognized institution;
Master’s Degree in Health Records & Information Management from a recognized institution ;
Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Records & Information Management or equivalent from a recognized institution ;
Be a registered member of the Health Records & Information Management Board;
A Valid Practicing License (where applicable);
At least Three (3) years of Teaching experience at University level or in research or in industry with a minimum of Three (3) Publications (Special Case); and
Proficiency in relevant computer applications.


OR


A Master’s Degree in a relevant specialization of Health Records and Information Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Records and Information Management from an accredited and recognized University. At least Three (3) years teaching experience at University level or in research or in industry; a registered member of the Health Records and Information Management Board with a valid Practice License.
