Job Location: Lekki and Ikota

Rainbow Educational Services Limited (RESL), a top-flight education management company in Nigeria that operates K-12 schools. 

 Key Responsibilities:


Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and report issues.
Carryout repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems as instructed.
Assist in the implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and emergency repair requests.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
Assist in coordinating access and logistics for external vendors or contractors performing maintenance services.
Monitor stock levels of tools and supplies and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of common areas, equipment rooms, and utility spaces.
Provide support for facility improvements and assist other departments with maintenance-related needs.
Escalate complex maintenance issues to the supervisor for further action.
Assist in setting up furniture, fixtures, or equipment as needed for school events or operational requirements.


Qualifications & Skills:


Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in facility or equipment maintenance.
Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Basic understanding of safety standards and procedures related to maintenance work.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in the use of basic maintenance tools and equipment.
Familiarity with maintenance management systems is an advantage.
