Requirements


Matric or qualification equivalent to matric essential
At least six months experience in a call centre beneficial


Duties & Responsibilities


The Broker Sales Administrator will primarily be responsible for converting leads into quotes with minimum quantity and quality targets that are in place including, but not limited to:
Achieve monthly quote target
Achieve conversion targets
Maintain below threshold complaints to workload ratio
Quality minimum standard to be achieved
Uphold and perform within service levels
