• We are recruiting for a Full time position of a Complaints Resolution & Payment Processing officer who will work with a team in the company.
• Involves resolving of complaints escalated by customer service department.
• Handling of payments including processing, refunds etc.

Requirements

Applicant must possess:
• B.Sc in any field.
• Very fluent in written and spoken English.
• Age: Not above 26 years.
• Understanding of basic financial practices.
• Customer orientation and negotiation skills.
