Job Summary: 

As a Personal Assistant, you are to provide top-tier administrative and secretarial support in a well-organized and timely manner to our Managing Director. In this pivotal role, you will manage communications, organize schedules, and ensure the MD’s day-to-day operations are seamless and providing overall support by anticipating needs and proactively addressing details. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, arranging complex travel, and maintaining documentation. 

Duties and Responsibilities


Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls, distribute email correspondence and taking messages.
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage diary, schedule meetings, appointments, events, while managing time effectively
Make travel arrangements, handling travel documents, booking flights, and arranging transportation
Coordinating events, managing logistics, booking venues
Take dictation and minutes
Source office supplies
Preparing documents, presentations, briefs, and expense reports
Devise and maintain office filing system.
Perform every other duties as assigned

Employment Type/ Working Conditions


Full-Time Position.
Occasional traveling for client meetings, trade shows, or industry events
Monday – Saturday (6days a week)
Resumption Time: 8am – 5pm
Location: Abule-Egba and Ikeja


Language Requirement: Fluency in English plus any other language (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa preferred)
