Responsibilities:

• Conduct client consultations and sales via phone, email, and online meetings
• Present and explain benefit options clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate client and policy records
• Provide excellent customer support and service
• Collaborate with a virtual team and meet daily goals
• Develop leadership skills and grow into management roles

Qualifications:

• Sales experience preffered but not required — we provide complete training
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Organized, dependable, and goal-driven
• Basic computer skills (Zoom, email, and online tools)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License (training provided)
