GRATIS Foundation, an agency under Ministry of Trade and Industry (MOTI), is inviting suitable and qualified Ghanaians for the following position: Senior Training Officer
Major Functions
• Develop comprehensive training programs for technical apprentices, skills development trainees and interns in Metal Machining, Welding and Fabrication • Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and trainees
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical or related field) or equivalent technical qualification • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a technical or industrial setting • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards, such as occupational safety and health administration (OSHA), American International standards institution (ANSI), international organization for standardization (ISO 45001) and relevant standards
