Bryan Konefsky is a former professor of mine from my time studying film at the University of New Mexico. I went on to volunteer for his organization, Basement Films, during and after my time in college. He is a joy to learn from and to collaborate with. I highly recommend him as an educator, archivist, festival curator, coordinator and film enthusiast. His passion for film, life and education is inspiring and made a profound impact on me during those formative years.
