The Out grower supervisor works to meet production targets under the out-grower scheme through building the capacity of growers and ensuring quality control protocols are followed at all stages of seed production.

Implement standards as per the out growers’ scheme manual to ensure quality seed production in alignment with internal Quality assurance objectives.
Empower out growers to meet yield and quality targets with the view to improve outcomes for both the company and the out grower.
Supervise out grower operations in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal quality standards and good agronomic practices in timely man
Reporting on out growers’ activities and updates
Coordinate harvesting schedules and related logistics in a timely and efficient manner.
Proactively engage with the community and homesteads surrounding the area of operation to ensure harmonious relationships, conducive environment and promote security.
Any other related duties as may be allocated from time to time.
