Key responsibilities

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for planning lessons, creating training materials, and scheduling lectures on various topics.
Giving Lectures on different topics.
Creating and revising training manuals.
Coming up with new training roadmaps.
Setting Assignments, Assessment, and soft skill questions.
Conducting code reviews sessions.
Organizing soft skills sessions to assess trainees' soft skills
Writing trainees monthly technical reports and soft skill reports.
Evaluating the trainees’ soft skills and technical knowledge.
Reading trainee reports to determine the program's effectiveness, any criticism, and any challenges the trainees are facing.
Grading the trainees’ tests and submitting monthly reports to the training manager.
Doing new trainees’ interviews.
Learning new Languages

Key competencies/skills

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript(optional), Angular/React, Node JS, SQL, MSSQL
Eagerness to learn new technologies.
Ability to write/speak English clearly both with internal and external clients.
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively.

Required Qualifications & Experience

1-2 years of experience.
A solid understanding of the Languages/ technologies needed and project to support the same.
A Degree in computer science or a related field.
