Duties and Responsibilities

planning and management of demonstration plots in the wards
Provision of agricultural extension services
Mobilizing, training and advising farmers on matters relating to agricultural extension services
Organizing and executing agricultural extension programmes
Management of information desks within the County

Requirements for appointment

Be a Kenyan citizen
Bachelor of Science Degree in any of the following fields: -Food Science, Home Economics, Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture Economics, Natural Resources Management, Agribusiness Extension, Agricultural Education or any other relevant and equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the relevant field
Have Proficiency in computer applications
