Role Overview

The Email Marketing Specialist will manage Crescita Solutions’ email campaigns, from content creation to automation and performance analysis. This role requires a strong grasp of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and engagement strategies. The specialist will be responsible for crafting compelling email flows that drive conversions, nurture leads, and build long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities


Plan, design, and execute email campaigns for clients and internal initiatives.
Segment audiences and tailor messaging for personalized engagement.
Optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates through testing.
Integrate email marketing with CRM systems to support lead nurturing.
Track performance metrics and generate actionable insights for improvement.
Stay updated on email deliverability best practices and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).


Requirements


Proven experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing.
Knowledge of CRM integrations and customer journey mapping.
