The Project Assistant, CPD Rollout project, will work with the Programme Officer and the partners to ensure that the CPD package rolled out as per plan. S/he will work to enhance the quality of project delivery, including project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation to the highest possible quality standards as laid out in the organization’s policies and procedures.

Identify project partner organizations with whom Sightsavers can work to achieve the project objectives.
Build effective project partner relationships and support longer term relationships that go beyond the duration of the project by disseminating information and advocating for Sightsavers work.
Collaborate with project partners to identify all technical and capacity building support they might need. Facilitate this support through the project(s) cycle.
Disseminate information about Sightsavers and its work to project partners.
Establish partnership agreements with project partners where appropriate.
Promote shared learning and collaboration between project partners by facilitating partner networks and meetings.
