I ended 2025 doing a LAST MINUTE closing ON NEW YEAR'S EVE for a Veteran who could not rent an apartment because his credit profile was poor! He was DENIED for his Mortgage a week before closing by another HUGE VA lender. I was able to take his loan and show the bank why he was credit worthy and NOW he is HAPPY IN HIS BRAND NEW HOME!
