REQUIREMENTS

Relevant degree from a reputable tertiary institution
Sound knowledge of Health safety and environmental regulations.
Knowledge of routine and preventive maintenance
Planning and project management
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in residential, commercial and corporate site.

SKILLS

Financial planning and negotiating skills with ability to develop and manage a project.
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to relate to clients and external third parties.
