Job Description


The open role is for an experienced protessional Senior Operations Manager who will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the security operations function, ensuring smooth execution of workflows, adherence to compliance standards, and alignment with organizational objectives.
They will work closely with executive leadership to drive operational efficiency, enhance client satisfaction, and develop a high-performing teameam


Key Responsibilities

Includes:


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement crisis management and business continuity plans.
Act as the primary contact for escalations and feedback, proactively addressing client needs and concerns.
Drive a client-focused approach within the team to ensure service excellence and responsiveness.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement across security operations teams.
Promote continuous improvement and team development within security operations for ongoing success and growth


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Safety and Security Management, Criminal Justice or relevant fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in satety and security management,
Certification in safety and security management- CSP, CPD, or CPP is highly desirable
Proficient in the use of security system- access control, surveillance cameras, and alarms.
Strong networking and collaboration skills
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills; proficiency in security systems and Microsoft Office; exceptional communication skills.
