 Locating untapped markets and formulating expansion plans.
 Establishing robust connections with industry leaders and clients, fostering trust and value driven cooperation.
Employ performance metrics and key performance indicators to monitor sales effectiveness and make real time strategy adjustment and supervises sales tactics  that optimize revenue potential.
identify automation technologies and digital tools that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Encourage innovation by cultivating an innovative and flexible culture within the company.
Coordinating business development initiatives with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles in order to promote sustainable and ESG-focused growth.
Developing and improving goals and objectives for business development.
Regular and timing reporting to the CEO/MD


Requirement


It is crucial to have extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, and strategic relationships in a tech driven organization
