We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Operation Manager for a thriving courier company
Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of Mail and Parcel
Implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to streamline processes and maximize productivity
Manage a diverse team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to drive a high-performing culture
Manage workshop operations to ensure road worthy trucks are available for loading daily
Manage service hubs for consolidation of shipments and transportation to various terminals in Nigeria and Ghana
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and TAT
Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the courier or logistics industry
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels
Demonstrate strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with industry software and technology, including logistics management systems

Monthly Salary: N200,000 with performance bonus
