QUALIFICATIONS


2-3 years' experience as a barman in a busy bar, lounge, or hotel.
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage service.
Skilled in customer service, upselling, and handling guest requests.
Familiar with stock control, inventory, cash handling, and POS systems.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, Mixology, or Hospitality is an added advantage.
