Job Description


Promote and sell the company’s real estate products and services
Identify and approach new prospects through various marketing strategies
Organize and lead site inspections with clients
Follow up on leads, negotiate offers, and close deals
Maintain excellent client relationships and provide after-sales support
Meet sales targets and prepare daily/weekly reports.


Requirements


Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field
Prior experience in sales (real estate experience is an added advantage)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Self-driven and result-oriented
Must be confident, well-spoken, and presentable
Ability to work independently and in a team.
