Provide technical support for computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network equipment.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on company software and hardware systems.
Assist in setting up and configuring new equipment for employees, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
Respond to help desk and provide timely assistance to employees with IT-related problems.
Assist in managing and troubleshooting network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi setups.
Monitor and maintain inventory of IT equipment, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment replacements when necessary.
Ensure all IT systems are secure and up to date with the latest software patches and updates.
Document and maintain records of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Handle all IT administrative work.
