There are few people that can or will strike up a conversation with a complete stranger and end up making a new friend. Mark is one of those people. I admire that trait in him. I also admire the confidence I see in him, no matter what he is doing. He has a wealth of knowledge; easily lends a helping hand; handles stress with grace; and is fun to be around.
