Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Business, Sciences or any related field.
Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or Credit Management Certification will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in IFRS 9 (Financial Instruments) and its application in credit risk assessment and reporting is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis or risk management within the banking sector.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, credit risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
