Job Description

Oversees all operations for the hotel, ensuring that everything is up to par and all guests' needs are met.
Welcoming and registering guests once they arrive
Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
Ensure that quality services are rendered per time
Must be able to, achieve business objectives and maximize the profitability of all outlets.
Maintain effective cost controls in all areas
Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
Deputizes for the General Manager in his absence.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in Hospitality.
