Job Summary: 

As a Social Media Manager, you are responsible to focused on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage the company image in a cohesive way to achieve the company’s marketing goals. You will handle the social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities


Oversee social media accounts’ design
Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
Communicate with followers, customers and other stakeholders, via the company’s social media accounts, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) and be able to express the company’s views creatively. 
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements. 
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Researching social media trends, audience preferences and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns and report on ROI.
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Stay up-to-date with latest digital technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Perform every other duties as assigned


Language Requirement: Fluency in English plus any other language (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa preferred)

Employment Type/ Working Conditions


Full-Time Position, may require occassional evening and weekend work.
Resumption Time: 8am – 5pm (May have flexible work hours)
 Monday – Saturday (6days a week)
Location: Abule-Egba and Ikeja
