Job Purpose    


The Western Cape Mobility Department, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to render administrative support services to the Sub-Directorate: Traffic Fees and Debt Management. The successful incumbent must be able to work under pressure, willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.


Minimum Requirements    


Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).


Recommendation    


Relevant administrative support experience in a transport administratio and licensing working environment.


Key Performance Areas    


Render general clerical support services; Provide supply chain clerical support services within the section; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the section; Provide financial administration support services in the section.


Competencies    


Good understanding of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment.
