Job Description

Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories
Strategize positioning of a product category in order to maximize its visibility
Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
Liaise with Sales & Marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category
Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory
Work with customers and merchandisers and find new ways to expand product categories
Research and analyze data and market insights and also search for insights into consumer needs and wants
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting of Sales data.
Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
Perform other duties assigned by the Category Sales Manager

Requirements

First Degree (HND/B.Sc.) in Business related field (Marketing, Business Admin)
The candidate must have at least 2 – 3 years in Sales Analysis and Sales Data collection
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.), Visio and Microsoft Outlook
