Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement effective procurement strategies, policies, and procedures.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quality materials and services at competitive prices.
Manage relationships with suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance with terms of contracts.
Coordinate procurement planning and budgeting activities for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Conduct regular market surveys and price benchmarking.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of purchase orders and documentation.
Monitor and track deliveries, resolve issues related to damaged or missing goods.
Maintain an up-to-date supplier database and procurement records.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, internal policies, and budget controls.
Work closely with project teams, facilities managers, and finance departments to align purchasing needs.


Qualifications & Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software (e.g., ERP systems).
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.


Desirable Attributes:


Membership of a professional body such as CIPS, NIPSM, or SCMN.
Knowledge of local real estate market and construction supply chain networks.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
