Internship Assignments:
Work with the Finance and Administration Department to; 

Supports in logistics for organization of meetings, field activities, venues and accommodation
Initiate purchase request 
Supports in photocopying, scanning and filing 
Getting quotes for various procurement as required 
Prepare bid analysis as required
Issue stationery to staff
Confirm stock taking for office supplies and initiate requests for replenishment
Conduct watchlist for suppliers, consultants, participants
Remit statutory payments
Ensure cleanliness of the office
Run office errands
Supports in Pre-audit assessment
Supports in filling withholding tax for consultant payments
Follow-up on submission of original documents from Program & DME Team
Any other assignment as may be delegated     

Deliverables

Adequately documented procurement documentation
Timely confirmation of logistics as required
Adequate office & kitchen supplies at all times
Timely submission of suppliers invoices to finance
Timely booking

Internship Terms

For the purpose of the internship in Kenya the intern will be supervised by the Finance and Administration Manager, who will be responsible for setting tasks and evaluating the intern’s work. 
The work objectives below will be undertaken by the intern on the basis of 5 working days per week, for 3 months, with any days off agreed in advance with the supervisor.  
The internship may be terminated by either side by informing the other in writing.  
Required to have a laptop

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Business Management/Finance
Dynamic, motivated and flexible self¬starter leader with creative problem¬-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Cultural sensitivity.  
Spoken and written fluency in English and Swahili.
