• Cost containment through analysis of Material costs, Product Cost and Material waste.
• Manage the procurement process

• Oversee the management of accounts payable and receivables.
• Ensure business compliance.
• General supervision of Accounts and Administration personnel
• Preparation and review of Budgets
2. Impact and Influence
• Accurate financial reporting which helped stake holders in decision making processes resulting in the organisation to achieve organisation goes and objectives
3. Key Relationships
• Internal Interaction included procurement managers, production managers, sales manager
• External stakeholders included bank relationship managers, ZRA Excise audit team, NAPSA and insurance officers.
4. Financial Dimensions
• Budgetary responsibility which included planning, allocation and management of resources.
5 Key Performance Areas
• Ensure profitability by achieving target Gross profit margins and projected net profit after tax.
• Ensure Audit queries are closed within specified time frames
• Ensure timely preparations of financial and management reports
