Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and support to ensure the institution operates within the law.
Draft, review, and interpret contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Represent the institution in court proceedings and liaise with external legal counsel.
Handle litigation, recoveries, and enforcement of security interests.
