Conduct Line Balancing and Time Studies for establishing accurate Labour Standards.
Improve Material Flow.
Ergonomics, Layout and Assembly Improvements.
Conduct Continuous Improvement Studies.
Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis with Corrective and Preventive Actions.
Capacity Studies.
Jig and Fixture Design.
Man Hour Calculations.
Implementing, executing the improvement projects that were studied and handing over to production. Key responsibility is execution of all studies / designs / improvements mentioned above.


Skills & Qualifications: -


BSc / B Eng. / B Tech Relevant Engineering qualification
Self-Starter.
Be Analytic and Deductive.
Hands on.
Team Player.
Willing to Learn at all levels within the Organization. And willing to TEACH to Organization to add value
Good Communication Skills.
Computer Skills (MS Office / AutoCAD / SAP).
