Duties:

Testing and assessing products
Identifying product defects or potential issues and determining what to do to resolve the issue
Develop methods for the testing quality of materials, products and packaging.
Supporting process improvements throughout the testing and quality assurance processes.
Develop product and process quality metric reports.
Develop sampling plans for quality control purposes.
May also be responsible for making necessary product repairs. Etc..

Qualification:

Bsc/Hnd in Biochemistry, microbiology, food & nutrition and other science related courses.

Experience:

2-3 years + in the food and beverage industry
