Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Estate Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support to clients on a wide range of property-related matters, including valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.
It is expected that you have a strong understanding of the local property market and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide professional advice and support to clients on a wide range of property-related matters, including valuations, acquisitions, and disposals.
Conduct property inspections and valuations.
Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Negotiate and close deals on behalf of clients.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions.
Stay informed of trends and developments in the local property market.

Requirements

Minimum of HND or Bachelor's degree in estate management or related field backed by experiences.
1+ years of experience in estate management or property valuation.
Professional certification will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of the local property market.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
