Bachelor’s degree in any related field from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in Corporate, SME, or Retail banking relationship management, or sales within a financial institution.
Proven track record in deposits generation, customer acquisition, and portfolio management.
Hands-on experience in cross-selling banking products such as digital banking, loans.
Experience working in a branch environment with demonstrated customer engagement and sales skills.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and credit analysis.
